[ IN STOCK ] What is the definition of an in-stock model?

A stock model is a reformer that has already been manufactured and is usually ready for immediate pickup. The advantage is quick availability—you can have the reformer at home or in your studio within a matter of days. In this case, you choose from predefined configurations (wood type, color, features).

[ CUSTOM ORDER ] What is the process for configuring a custom model?

A custom-made model is crafted exactly to your specifications. You can choose the specific type of wood, color scheme, upholstery, and finishing details. The result is a fully personalized reformer that fits perfectly into your interior. Production time is usually longer, but you’ll receive a unique, custom-made piece.

[ UPHOLSTERY ] What color options are available for the upholstery?

With our reformers, you can choose from a wide range of upholstery colors, allowing you to match the machine’s appearance to your interior design. We offer both neutral, classic tones and bolder, modern colors—from lighter to darker shades—that will enhance the aesthetics of your space.

[ CUSTOMIZATION ] Can you supply a reformer with your studio's logo?

Yes, we can use laser technology to engrave your logo or text onto the reformer.

[ PAYMENT ] What are the payment terms?

Once the order is confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total price, including VAT, is required. This deposit is used to initiate production or reserve an item in stock. The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery of the goods or prior to shipment, as agreed. The delivery period begins upon receipt of the deposit. This model ensures a secure and transparent process for both parties—you have the assurance of a reservation, and we can guarantee the delivery date.

[ DELIVERY ] What is the delivery time for the reformer?

For custom-made reformers, where you choose the specific material, type of wood, and color scheme, the standard delivery time is 8–12 weeks, depending on the current production schedule. If you choose a model in stock, the delivery time is significantly shorter—usually a matter of days. We will always confirm the exact delivery date when you place your order, based on your selected configuration and availability.

[ INSTALLATION ] Do you supply reformers and provide installation services?

ZThe base price of the reformer does not include installation. The reformer is delivered as standard in a shipping crate on a pallet. However, assembling the reformer is simple and intuitive, similar to assembling IKEA furniture, for example. The delivery includes instructions and all necessary components.
